Naïve says it signed up more than 30,000 developer customers within months of launch and grew annual run-rate revenue roughly 10x in six months to the low double-digit millions of dollars, both company-supplied figures. The company lists in Y Combinator's directory and has now raised a $28.5 million Series A led by Nexus Venture Partners, per TechCrunch.
The product extends "vibe coding" one layer up. Developers feed a prompt to an agent, and the agent calls Naïve's quickstart to stand up the corporate stack. Templates ship for AI SEO, full-stack SaaS, recruiting, accounting, and customer support, plus a mobile emulator for smartphone-app agents. Reported customer use cases include AI automation agencies and faceless content channels on TikTok and YouTube.
A governance layer sets agent budgets, restricts capabilities, and blocks sensitive actions until a human approves. U.S. LLC formation still requires human-driven KYC (know-your-customer) and KYB (know-your-business) checks, plus the required state filing fees, so a founder cannot fully disappear into the loop.
What remains unknown: the round's valuation, the full investor list, and whether the company-supplied traction numbers hold up under outside audit.
